Systems for cable safety.
It is a recurring problem of all metallic applications: corrosion out of control can lead to a deterioration in performance and reduce the duration of the installation.
Cable systems are basically exposed to atmospheric corrosion. Thus, the environment in which the cable holder system is is the preponderant criterion in the choice of surface treatment or type of steel.
Atmospheric corrosion of metals is a chemical reaction between iron in steel and oxygen in air or water (moisture condensation, rain or splashes).
The result is the appearance of the chemical compound Fe (OH) 3, better known as oxide.
